The coloring products that are used for finishing are pigments. Pigments are grouped in organic color groups and unorganic groups.
- Organic pigments come from vegetable- and the animal kingdom or from different tar distillates.
- Unorganic pigments come from natures earth colors or from artificially made mineral colors.
